STAYWELL
Eligibility
StayWell is available to employees, retirees, and their spouse/domestic partners (age 18 and older) who are enrolled in Anthem Blue Cross PLUS and PPO, CIGNA Choice Fund, Core, Health Net, High Option, and Western Health Advantage.
StayWell is not available to Kaiser members, who currently have access to Kaiser's fully integrated wellness resources.
StayWell is not available to those who live outside of the United States.
Employees represented by some UC unions may not be eligible for StayWell because participation was not agreed to on behalf of their members during the collective bargaining process.
