Cost and Payment Information
The cost for the Wellness Summit 2008 is $150 per person and it includes continental breakfast, lunch and all programs for the two days.
The payment for the fee will be an intercampus recharge. When you register for the summit, you will be asked to provide: Name of your location, location number, 5-digit fund number and 6 digit account number.
No letters in either fund or account number.
