Whatever your personal wellness goals are, UC Living Well can help you reach them. This year, UC is partnering with Optum, a health and well-being company, to provide a personalized wellness website, wellness coaching, on-campus Optum wellness specialists, challenges and much more. These programs help you live a healthier life, and you can earn points toward a gift card when you participate in your choice of activities. Move More Challenge

Got a competitive streak? Register now to show it off.

Sign up today for the Move More Challenge. Go solo, find a team to join or create your own. Then, track your physical activity each week for six weeks. During the challenge, the goal is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week, but you're welcome to do more. If you complete the challenge, you'll earn 2,500 points toward a $75 Visa gift card.

Eligibility

The following groups are eligible for UC Living Well programs, provided they are enrolled in a UC-sponosred medical plan:

$75 gift card incentive eligibility

If both spouses are UC employees or retirees and covered under the same medical plan, only the primary insurance holder (and not their dependent spouse) is eligible for the incentive.

If you cannot meet the requirements of a program due to a health status, medical condition or disability, a reasonable alternative will be provided. If you would like to request an alternative for any program or service, please contact your location Wellness Coordinator.
