Whatever your personal wellness goals are, UC Living Well can help you reach them. This year, UC is partnering with Optum, a health and well-being company, to provide a personalized wellness website, wellness coaching, on-campus Optum wellness specialists, challenges and much more. These programs help you live a healthier life, and you can earn points toward a gift card when you participate in your choice of activities. Got a competitive streak? Register now to show it off.

Sign up today for the Got Veggies? challenge. Make a four-week commitment to eat at least one cup of veggies each day. If you complete the challenge, you'll earn 2,500 points toward a $75 Visa gift card.

Eligibility

The following groups are eligible for UC Living Well programs, provided they are enrolled in a UC-sponosred medical plan:

$75 gift card incentive eligibility

If both spouses are UC employees or retirees and covered under the same medical plan, only the primary insurance holder (and not their dependent spouse) is eligible for the incentive.

If you cannot meet the requirements of a program due to a health status, medical condition or disability, a reasonable alternative will be provided. If you would like to request an alternative for any program or service, please contact your location Wellness Coordinator.
